Today Westport and Bucaneers faced each other in the U16 Ladies Division 1 semi-final in challenging conditions in Westport.  The sun shone for the photo but we had the high winds of Storm Darragh along with driving hail and rain.  

The full time score was 48 to 12 to Westport.  Ruth Conway scored a hat trick, Ciara Sheridan scored two with each of Tara Macken, Aoibhinn Lyons and Kitty Fin Sweeney scoring bringing the try count to 8 to 2.  

With thanks to Bucaneers for a competitive game, Westport looks forward to the league finals.
